Our Richmond Beach senior community in Shoreline, Washington knows how important it is that the elderly have a consistent workout schedule. We strive to provide a regular fitness program for each of our seniors, in two separate ways. We are able to provide a short-term, more focused senior rehabilitation to heal and restore both muscle function and strength in an injured or ill senior. The other way we handle fitness is with individual senior exercise programs for longer term residents, to help keep seniors vibrant and active.
Our Shoreline senior exercise facility works to offer a large variety of exercises, in order to keep our seniors fit and healthy, physically, emotionally and mentally.
It is important to place emphasis on elderly exercises that build endurance and develop muscle tone – without putting undue stress on the body. As we get older, we need to keep this up even more, to ensure that we will not lose our independence or health.
